i have dish drawer model dd601v21 it is great. how...

i have dish drawer model dd601v21 it is great. however the bottom drawer is not starting and is showing 2 red buttons flashing and an alarm tone. after the bottom drawer does the tone the top drawer begins to do the same flashing and tones. please help i dont know what it means
