Great suggestions, but didn' t work. Took out rotor with blue fins. Spins freely. Checked for debris. Seems o.k. Still getting the error code. 4 years ago from the start the bottom drawer that has the problem has almost always made a loud grinding noise. Any suggestions? Is there anything from the underside of the unit I should be looking at?

0 I ended up calling out a guy to fix mine which cost me £95. The grinding sound of top motor was told that it wasn't put in correctly & bottom motor had seized as it wasn't used very often. He said needed to use both equally. He changed bottom motor which was about £15. He couldn't see why water wasn't draining as no blockage, but somehow now drains properly. Very expensive callout as he was only here an hour & replaced motor was cheap!
