My bottom drawer wont drain on my model DD24DT. T...

My bottom drawer wont drain on my model DD24DT. Top works fine. Hoses are not kinked, Filters have been cleaned. Wanted to remove the drawer to check the hoses directly where they attach to the drawer, but the manual has inadequate directions on this process. Need assistance with removing the lower drawer. Thanks
