When the power filed the dishwasher was on. Now the programing is messed up. How do we fix it?

0 What does f-1 mean on the readout of this dishwasher? And it does not proceed to wash

0 f1 means the flood warning light has come. It's just happened to me and you're supposed to turn the warning valve off......trying to find that!
