Upper drawer center button alternately blinks red ...

Upper drawer center button alternately blinks red then blue then shuts off. The third button withbthe lock sign is blue constantly. Inside the drawer the heavy and fast light were on at the same time. Then I heard a musical tune play. What is up with that?
