lights are all turning on but not heating up

5 The oven won't stop with the high pitched contineal alarm. The oven works fine but the noise won't stop. I have to turn it off at the curcit at the power box to turn the noise off. If I switch the power back on then the oven wont' turn on until I hit the light button and then the oven turns on and the noise begins again. It is a 700 series fisher and paykel 570 series champion built in oven 1994
