how to turn off the flashing auto for Fisher & Pay...

how to turn off the flashing auto for Fisher & Paykel Oven don't know My oven is white, 4 solid plates, "pepper" model, digital. The oven part won't work because it's on Auto and I need to know how to go back to manual please.
