I have a Fisher and Paykel oven BI600A. The element around the fan does not have screws mounting it to the inside of the oven, they look like bolt heads but are too thin to place a socket or spanner on, it looks like you may have to release them from the back of the oven rather than inside it. How can the element be replaced?
