So I did some searching and found a website with a manual www.kitchen.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/fisher_paykel/or90sdbgfx.html?idres=17175643 and that should be the full manual for the oven. I also found there customer service number in case you had any other troubles: 1-888-936-7872 Hope this helps!
