Why did my fisher and paykel paprika oven suddenly stop working and now I can't figure out how to get it to work again

0 Mine does that when it gets too hot, completely shuts off and you have to wait a few hours until it works again. Part of the problem is the temperature is way off - using an oven thermometer I found mine was actually at 180C when set to 140C, so at 180C it was just overheating and cutting out. Hope this helps.
