BLOCKAGE IN DEFROST DRAIN BETWEEN FRIDGE & FREEZER...

BLOCKAGE IN DEFROST DRAIN BETWEEN FRIDGE & FREEZER ISOLATED ABOVE DRAIN HOSE IN BACK OF FRIDGE. CAUSING WATER TO BUILD UP AND CASCADE FROM TOP FRONT VENTS. DO I NEED TO ACCES THE TOP INSIDE PANEL OF FRIDGE TO FIND BLOCKAGE? IF SO HOW DO I GET IN? ALREADY REMOVE LIGHT ASSEMBLY AND TOP TWO SECURING SCREWS.
