I have a Fisher and Paykel fridgadiar fridge freezer I think the model number is FC3902L WHWH. Water is pooling in the bottom of the fridge and it is because the drip tray in the back of fridge is blocked by ice. I have turned the fridge off and waited until the ice has melted so it clears but now it is freezing up again. Can you please tell me why it is freezing up. Also by this model number how old would my fridge be, thanks if you can help
