I own a F&P N405T fridge with freezer on top. The frrezer never goes below -10 degrees and I have turned up the thermostat to position 6. I now have hard packed frozen ice on bottom of freezer covering the metal tray. the frodge part works well. Actually -3 degrees with thermostat set to 6. Any ideas what couild be the problem? thanks.....
