MY ELBA REFRIGERATOR FREEZES IN THE REFRIGERATOR P...

MY ELBA REFRIGERATOR FREEZES IN THE REFRIGERATOR PART AND CANNOT BE ADJUSTED. There is a small door that opens and closes with a spring. The spring is loose and I cannot figure our how it goes back on. Can you help?
