Question About Fisher & Paykel Refrigerator C380B
Water in bottom of fridge compartment...

The water freezes below the vegie bins and the motor overheats. The drain seems to be blocked but I can't get at it. I unclip the plastic deflector behind the top shelf but there is another cover for the cooling coil I can't get behind. Is it removable? Also, the cooling coil has slipped down behind it - maybe clips are broken behind shield?
