We have an F & P Active/Smart refrigerator/freezer...

We have an F & P Active/Smart refrigerator/freezer that our son passed on to us. Unfortunately, we have no instructions and want to have clarification about how to regulate the temperature. E.G. Should the green lit symbol be raised or lowered for COLDER temps? Thanks.
