Question About FLAVIA Beverage Systems Coffeemaker Flavia Coffeemaker

When tryig to make coffee after you put the pack packet in and close the door I get the message " Please place your cup to continue" I have tried placing the cup, turning the machine off, unplugging and cleaning the machine with not luck. I appreciate any ideas you may have.
