Hi we have a foster blast chiller BC36. when trying to select a program, it beeps when button is pressed but nothing happens and it goes onto hold?

0 not really as the pages seem to be ontop of one another so it illegible. Plus on pressing the buttons no menu screen, cursors or ways of selecting programs appear?
