I had my Franklin ice maker fixed. They had to replace the control panel. It is an FMI44 and now it doesn't make complete ice cubes. When it harvests the ice it is still hollow and they can't seem to figure out why. When they took it to fix it, it had always made solid ice cubes. They cleaned out the tube with the holes and the water flows over the tray, it just seems to dump the ice when it is still hollow on the inside. Any suggestions on what could be wrong. thanks
