Can't figure out how to lock the oven door for self cleaning and now none of the oven buttons are working

0 Hello jennhull34, I am happy to assist you! I understand your Frigidaire oven, FFEF380MXDCA control panel is not responding and door will not lock. Typically, once the Self-Clean option is selected, the door will automatically lock on its own. Let’s try resetting your appliance. This can be done by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, then at this point, I would recommend having a service technician to diagnose the problem before investing in unnecessary parts. Best regards!
