I have a Gallery Series double oven with convection and self-cleaning. The top oven will not work on broil but bakes perfectly fine. The bottom oven broils but won't bake properly. It shows that the oven has reached the desired temperature but doesn't feel that hot nor does it cook the food.

0 Good Afternoon, thank you for allowing me to assist you! Based on the symptoms you are describing, it sounds like your range may be experiencing an element problem. More than likely, a faulty bake element in the lower oven and/or a bad broil element in the upper oven. Other possibilities could be a communication problem with the EOC (Electronic Oven Control) or wiring failure. Regrettably, this is not a simple DIY job. I would strongly recommend connecting with a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.
