Model PLEB30T8CCB double wall convection ovens. To...

Model PLEB30T8CCB double wall convection ovens. Top oven is not heating up to temperature. It will hear up but not to a temperature over 300 degrees. Thought it could be the heating element but electrician thought it was the computer.
