0 Good morning annmigowski – Try resetting the range by either unplugging the unit or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the unit back on. If the door does not unlatch then either the unit is experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly or a communication with the EOC (Electronic Control Board).
