0 Hello mjd41161, I am happy to assist you! If the oven door is locked with door closed, try pressing the CLEAR/OFF or CANCEL button in for approximately three seconds if your unit is a touchpad model. If you have a knob type range control, I suggest starting a self-clean cycle. Then turn the stop time knob to the off position. If that does not work, then disconnect power to the stove and then reset unit by either unplugging it or flipping the breaker off. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn the range on.
