0 Hello Tedd, thank you for allowing me to assist you! Let’s try resetting the range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is necessary to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn your range on. Then select the bake or broil option. Should all troubleshooting measures fail, then the range could possibly be experiencing a wiring failure, EOC (electronic oven control), sensor probe and/or faulty element(s). At this point, I would personally recommend reaching out to a qualified technician.
