2004 Ultra 111 Frigidaire Dishwasher is not cleani...

2004 Ultra 111 Frigidaire Dishwasher is not cleaning part of dishes on top. There is no standing water, and we do over pack. Thinking about throwing it away or going back to a Kitchen Aid which worked great for 20 years. Help
