Question About Frigidaire Dishwasher FDB2810LDC1

I need a user manual. I've lost mine. The cleaning powder was not used. When cycles fnished and was door opened, the powder was not used but just caked in the box that holds it. I rarely use it so I may have done something wrong. HELP....Robert Agnew
