5 The user manual is available for download here: ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Kinston/154427001en.pdf It does not appear that there is a secondary heater for the incoming water. The water has to be hot already from your water heater. If the water coming into your dishwasher is too cold you may need to raise your hot water heater's thermostat setting.
