fdb435rfr2 bottom blade wont spin, tore apart, not...

fdb435rfr2 bottom blade wont spin, tore apart, nothing clogged. Motor squeels when turns on, spins back flywheel on motor (for cooling?) but doesnt spin plastic wheel that sends water up into bottom blade. help?
