0 Hello beodusetal, thank you for your inquiry! I would check to make sure that the house valve is turned on. Is the display panel lighting up? Open and close the door to assure that it is closing tightly. If you continue to have issues I would recommend having a technician come out to review the appliance because you could be seeing an issue with the panel or water valve. Having a professional out would avoid any unnecessary part purchases. –Chris
