Hi. The lock is on my dishwasher door, and the door won't close. I've read posts about holding the lock button down but that isn't working.

0 Good Morning swendyoh, thank you for your post! I see you are having trouble with the door of your Frigidaire dishwasher not closing and the lock key. Since you have already pressed and hold the LOCK KEY at this moment I recommend resetting your dishwasher. You can do this by flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position for roughly ten minutes. Restart your dishwasher and once again press and hold the LOCK KEY symbol for approximately three to five seconds. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, at this point I would recommend reaching out to a professional to proceed further since your dishwasher may possible be experiencing an issue with the touch pad or control board.
