I put powder in my dispenser and snapped it shut, then turned on the Economy Cycle. When finished, about 84 minutes later, I opened the door and the washing powder had not been used and was caked in the powder dispenser. I rarely use the washer so I may have done something wrong and of course I can't find the user manual. Help.
