I ordered a replacement Rack Item PS2339499 & rec'd 5304467883. I'm told PS2339499 is no longer available. There were no instructions w/the rack. In addition to losing a whole lot of room to stack dishes, I don't know where the the silverware holder goes, and I'm told you have no instructions &/or pictures to show me. I've made about 8 phone calls and rec'd no answers.
