My Frigidaire UltraQuiet III will not pass beyond "washing". Is there a way to fix this problem? Thank-you.

Based on the symptoms you are describing, you may either have a communication error from the main control board or the timer itself may not be operating correctly. Let’s try resetting your dishwasher by flipping the circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, your dishwasher could possibly have another issue with the door lock assembly.
