0 On any setting the dishwasher fills with water ok, but it WON'T begin the actual "washing cycle." I hear a soft hum like the motor is running/the dial timer advances as it should. Water won't spray out of the spinner. I cleaned drain cover and all parts under it of debris. The water still won't spray. The water also won't drain after it fills unless I turn dial to the start of a new setting. What is wrong with my machine and how can I fix it? Thank you SO VERY MUCH for your help!!!!!
