0 Good Morning saqarra, thank you for allowing me to assist you! From what you are describing it sounds like the Control Lock was accidently pressed. When the light is on, the control is locked and no cycles can be selected or started. To de-select the Control Lock, press and hold the heat dry key or press down on the lock icon for approximately twenty seconds. If issue persists, try resetting your dishwasher by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and then turn your appliance on. The dishwasher should resume to normal operations. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your dishwasher status has changed successfully.
