The control panel has an error "S" indicated. The very small light next to the rinse button indicates that the rinse agent is low. The entire panel is frozen up and not reactive. I tried leaving the door open for 24 hours to allow the panel to dry out (as instructed by the technicial I spoke with over the telephone). Any recommendations?
