0 Hello blankinship.vl, thanks for your post! I see that your soap dispenser did not open on your Frigidaire dishwasher during the normal operation. Did this problem just start? I would recommend making sure nothing is blocking the door during its regular wash cycle. You could also remove the dispenser and clean it out to assure no buildup of old soap has stopped the door from opening. If the above steps have not corrected the issue I would advise to have a professional come out to properly diagnose and repair the appliance. Hope this is helpful. -Chris
