0 Hi jcharles0105, that’s a great question! From the information you have provided the upper arm fell off your Frigidaire dishwasher. I have included a copy of your parts manual which explains provides you a schematic of all parts inside of your dishwasher. Based off the parts manual it should just screw back on, now if it is cracked or broken you may need to replace it. The part number is 154754502and from your manufacturer it is priced at $10.11 plus tax and shipping. Hope this helps. –OOS
