The wheels holding the top dish rack have play which allows the top rack guides to work out of the wheels. After removing the wheels to install some washers to reduce the play it appears the screws attaching these wheels to the inside of the dishwasher interior walls are designed to prevent removing the screws from the wheels thus preventing installation of some washers to reduce the slack on the wheel assemblies. Any ideas?
