Question About Frigidaire Dishwasher None
Top rack won't wash...

Our dishwasher top rack won't wash or turn. Water is coming down from top, but not enought to rotate parts. Water just drips out of spin thingy on top rack. Is it a part or is something loose? We just bought the house and there is no manuel for it.
