I've noticed items on the upper rack are not being cleaned well. The upper spray arm turns freely by hand. However, I've set it one location at the start of the washing cycle, and when the wash is done, the arm hasn't moved. There is some water in the arm at the end, but I'm assumng the water flow isn't strong enough to turn it. The lower spray arm appears to be functioning correctly.
