Water leaks from front; loud buzzing noise during process...

frigidaire FBD2400KB dishwasher. Leaks from front of unit during rinse cycle, there is a buzzing noise from lower part of unit (possibly a food grinder?). When opening door the lower level is full of suds and water. Any suggestions.
