When I first set the dishwasher to Normal Wash,it says 99,and after 4 min. it says Er washing drying S clean message flashing? it is not completeing a cycle,dishes are not clean. At some point the message screen is black.

0 Good Afternoon cjl379, thank you for your post! Based on the symptoms you are describing, you may either have a communication error from the main control board or a potential wiring failure. Let’s attempt resetting your dishwasher by either unplugging it or flipping off the household circuit breaker. It is best to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on your dishwasher. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, at this point I would recommend reaching out to a qualified tech to proceed further. Best - Chris
