Question About Frigidaire Dishwasher 750
Will not start - hasn't been used in several months...

I bought a condo with Frigidaire dishwasher Model # FDB750RCS0 The condo has been empty and not used for several months or more. The dishwasher will not start. It has power and it sound like the moter is stuck or frozen. Is there any way I can service this myself or do I need to call for professional help.
