WONT DRAIN...

THERE IS STANDING WATER IN THE BOTTOM THAT WILL NOT DRAIN. i TOOK THE PARTS OUT OF THE BOTTOM AND CLEANED SCREEN BUT CANT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. i NEED A DIAGRAM.
