0 Hello debra.pullan, that’s a great question! In order to determine why the lower element of your Frigidaire oven is not working, I would need your model number please. You can normally locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) in the storage drawer, on the right side. Thank you and I look forward to further assisting you! – Chris
