0 Hello 00frankco, thank you for your inquiry! From what you have described about your Frigidaire oven your bottom oven cooks slower than your top oven. It sounds like it could a possible calibration or sensor issue. I would recommend performing a reset and you can do that by disconnecting power from your oven for ten minutes. If that does not help correct the issue I would suggest having a technician out to conduct a diagnosis on your oven to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Hope this helps. –OOS
