0 Hey takerfan03, thanks for your post! From what you have explained your Frigidaire freezer is unthawing your food. I would suggest performing a reset and you can do that by disconnecting power from your freezer for ten minutes. Upon restarting your freezer if you have an electronic control you need to start it back by pressing the “Down” arrow three times. If you continue to experience difficulties with your freezer unthawing items I would recommend having a technician conduct a proper diagnosis. I hope this information is helpful. –OOS
