1 Hello tkirkegard, thank you for your post! Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire freezer’s panel will not reset. If the freezer control lock is on then the panel will not respond to your commands, in order to remove the lock feature you would need to hold down either the “Alarm Reset” button or the “Control Lock” button depending on what type of control panel is on your freezer. Once the lock is off then you should be able to operate the panel. If the panel says off you may need to push the “Up” or “Down” arrow three times in five seconds to start your freezer up.
